Composed of two main units – one enjoying a beautiful beach-front setting, the second magnificent ocean panoramas - INASIA Villa sits within a private estate on the powdery sands of Lipa Noi.

The units are made up of five separate pavilions. An indulgent master suite sits across two levels in the main building with entertainment space on the first floor and king-sized sleeping upstairs. Ensuite with bath and shower, this is a divine haven of slumber. Two additional glorious guest rooms reside upstairs, one four-posted paradise and one charming twin-room, also ensuite with lovely views over the delicately landscaped garden. Another master bedroom has the exclusivity of its own pavilion set next to the sand – dual views of ocean and estate, a deluxe bathroom and access to an isolated garden; the ultimate in intimacy. An ocean view unit has three more ensuite bedrooms – each with king-sized beds and ideal for teens or couples – plus a separate ‘nanny suite’. Then a final room upstairs offers masterful accommodation of regal delight.

Another separate pavilion opens to soft-furnishings with ample entertainment facilities and ornate decoration, with retractable doors that welcome in the cooling sea air. Additional kitchen, dining and lounging are found throughout – a myriad of sea views, capacious terraces and alluring open-air spaces.
