An easy 40-minute transfer from the international airport delivers guests to a secret spot of sandy seclusion on Koh Samui’s west coast - the sand-fronted region of Lipa Noi, with its sleepy living and sensational sunsets. This tidal coastline creates vast sandy expanses that are ideal for family games and exploration, whilst as soon as the tide comes in, the kayak’s and SUP’s come into their own. Paradise Park attracts visitors from across the island – an expansive farm that provides a habitat to over one-hundred different species of birds and mammals. From its mountain setting – the farm rests at the peak of Khao Pom, the highest point on the island – the views are spectacular.

Services

• The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy. The Villa Manager is available to cater to guests' specific needs and can help organize island activities, massage and spa treatments, as well as dealing with any matter arising at the villa.
• Our Guest Relations & Concierge team will visit guests during their stay (usually the day after check in) to further ensure guests have a pleasant stay or to address any matters arising at the villa.
• All basic laundry is done for guests on a complimentary basis. Bed linen is changed every third day and towels are changed as necessary.
• Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary.
• On site Thai Chef (Thai cuisine and Western favourites) with shopping list available. Food cost on Guests’ account (Terms & Conditions may apply for chef service).
