Ketewel is the birthplace of the traditional Legong Bededari Dance with the finest performers hailing from this part of the island. The neighbouring Pabean Beach is an age-old port at which many oriental traders arrived to peddle their wears; the structures of the port are still visible once the tide drops. Then there is Pura Segara Sea Temple – a revered local spot famed for its Hindu purification ceremonies. An intriguing spectacle to watch should you get the opportunity.

Guest suites are dotted around the gardens for privacy; designed with either adults or children in mind with queen-sized beds, contained living space and delightful balconies.
