Enter into a separate parking space then descend into the grounds via two imposing timber doors, wander down a stepping-stone path and discover the enchanting villa at the top of a flight of stairs which opens into a capacious main reception hall that boasts several indigenous artworks amidst its décor. The fifth room has an inviting single bed that looks out to the tropical garden – an idyll of isolation for tranquil escape.

Baan Kuno showcases the height of contemporary living through its imposing architecture and uber-modern amenities. On the lower level sits a battery unit that charges thanks to extensive solar panelling on the property – a wonderfully imaginative addition to the villa that is especially useful should a power-cut occur and an eco-oriented consideration for nature-lovers.
